BGSU Assistant Coach Mark Hardaway has 23 years of college coaching experience and will enter his 10th season at BG this fall!- Head coach at Evansville from 1995-2002. During his tenure with the Purple Aces Hardaway earned 11 all-conference, five all-newcomer and 20 academic all-conference selections, as well as had two players drafted by the US Professional Volleyball League.
- 1993-1995 Hardaway was the head women's volleyball coach at Western Kentucky University, where he led the Hilltoppers to back-to-back 20-win seasons.
- 1991-92, he teamed with head coach Denise Van De Walle to lead the Falcons to a 1991 MAC Tournament crown, as well as BGSU's first NCAA tournament appearance.
