Tradition is defined as a long-established action or pattern of behavior in a community or group of people, often one that has been handed down from generation to generation. BGSU Volleyball has a strong tradition of success both on and off the court. Once again the volleyball program has been recognized for their outstanding efforts in the classroom. For the 11th time in school history and the 10th year-in-a-row the BGSU volleyball program has earned the AVCA Team Academic Award. Only 3 Division I teams have received this award more than the Falcons. The current streak of 10 consecutive years is the second longest streak in Division I Volleyball history.
